Living inside of your head can be dangerous, when you don't know a way to get out of it... having sleepless nights and crying over someone special is normal BUT it's also important to be able to express those pool of emotions and not suppress them, which could cause you severe pain and you wouldn't even be able to explain. 2AM is a time when my mind starts rewinding and Introspecting on each and every aspect of my life...and precisely it was at 2:15AM when I penned down these emotions into a podcast!
