its me! its really me!! I've been gone but for a year I've been dying to talk to you guys again. I don't want to explain too much in here. I want you to hear it directly from me how I've been feeling and where I'm choosing to go from now on. I love you all for continuing to support me after this year long HIATUS!!! We are back and coming back stronger :)

These last couple of years, I've lost alot of friends. Through that, I've learned how to be a better one. I hold my friendships to such a high standard. I fear the loss of another friend. In this episode I briefly talk about 2 friendships that have recently have hit a standstill & how I'm dealing with it. Have you ever had a friend where the fall out feels almost like a breakup, if not worse? Let me know your thoughts! 

Its been almost a month since my first episode & I will be working on being consistent for you guys but in this episode I wanted to just open up about why I do take mini breaks here and there for my mental health. I hope you guys enjoy and are able to connect with me through it <3

I can't believe we are here! I've finally recorded and uploaded my very first episode. I hope with this I can be able to help others heal and tap into their most true beautiful selves, the same way I'm trying to heal and evolve into my most true self. For so long I kept alot of feelings and emotions suppressed and I'm here to help us all have a way to vent.
