Here the Beckies  from Thriving Language are joined by Caroline Eaton
we look at and try to  understand what it is that young children see and experience in their everyday life.
We discover how we can turn the Ordinary into the Extraordinary  and share our love of the everyday.
We chat about the importance of excitement and interests for children, the detail and new understanding of new words.
Here we expand experiences as a foundation for gaining vocabulary and really helping to extend children's knowledge of the wider world.
The culture of children must be reflected in early years children must know that they are valued, understood and represented in their environments.
Thriving Language and Caroline have developed a series of books that tap into the everyday and  value children's life experiences.
This resources is for early years providers, families and children.
If you would like to know more about this training,  resource book and the reasoning behind extending vocabulary and consolidating new words then join our amazing community of early years www.thrivinglanguage.co.uk
