Maria Blazejewski spends about eight to nine months of the year living and playing professional basketball abroad. Maria graduated from Benzie Central (MI) High School in 2009 as an all-state basketball player and soccer goalie, then went off to study exercise science at Lake Superior State University, where she was a four-year starter on the basketball team, a three-year All-Conference player, and named Lake State’s senior athlete of the year.
