Training with Injuries and Building Resilience

Coach Mario and Coach Matt have both been competitive athletes in all kinds of sports including CrossFit. With a combined 18 years in the CrossFit space, they've learned a lot about fitness, strength, and of course..injury.  With so much variance and unknowns in something like CrossFit, injuries are bound to occur.
