Hello from Edmonton, and thanks for sharing a bit of your time with the Three Things podcast. Once a week, on a hunch, I put the podcast together. The hunch is that by kinda forcing myself to make note of the things that make me happy and grateful, I will find  it easier to notice more of what is waiting to be noticed.
