Happy end of the week!

At the end of each week I try to notice, and say out loud, three things from everyday life that made me happy or grateful. So, I get back to doing my own noticing, taking that back from the algorithm. Things like: 

1. The front-yard chickadees

2. Meeting Hazel

3. Pasta and teamwork
