I have found that if I don't try to narrate my own life, somebody else does, and, all of a sudden, I have passionate opinions about the Royal Family, or whatever. :)

So, each week, I try to notice and hold onto three thing that make me happy or grateful. Not to be selfish. Just to notice that I am noticing. Little things.

2. Coffee mugs

3. Shoelaces
