I wrote some words to share with the wonderful humans in my Sovereign group coaching programme as they are doing such courageous work to create more helpful ways of being.

Then I thought about some of the issues in the world right now and how they can distance us from how courageous we are being as we journey towards healing our inner relationships. So I thought I would share these words with you too.
