I found it while searching for Podcasts about Outlander, and after loving the episode about that, I listed to many more episodes, and loved them all. Lots of laughs and I like learning about Scotland and history in a really fun way. Love your voices too. I hope you will make more episodes, but thanks for all you’ve made already. Do yourself a favor and listen to the show. You won’t regret it I promise. It’s very funny . Your guaranteed, but not limited to four laughs per episode. It’s got it all history, culture , movies, music. You’ll learn a lot about Scotland. Like what’s Nessie up to. What does Iron-bru taste like. We’ll sort of, but not really. The fierce and noble saviors of Scotland the manatees. Does Rory ever get on blind date. When does a dog become a horse. What really happened to old McDonald.

Total comedy, total fun, love love love this podcast. Force it upon my friends any chance I get. Please keep making the show after the 100th episode. I’ve learned so much and have used several bits of information and recommendations to help plan a trip to Scotland. Thanks guys!

This is a great podcast hosted by three very funny and charming guys. It's got everything from ghost stories to climate change-denying manatees, and you never know what to expect in a given episode. If you ever run into them in person, be sure to ask what part of Ireland they're from, they love that! Seriously funny stuff, I highly recommend it!

I luckily stumbled upon this gem of a podcast in my journey to learn more about my mom’s homeland. I’ve gleaned a ton from their research, but these three hosts and the relationship they share is what makes this show worth every read! Massive thanks to them for making me nostalgic for Scotland, supplying me with at least one laugh every fifteen minutes, and all the while making me feel like ones of their good friends in the process.

I’ve only just discovered this podcast at the start of February when searching for something interesting to listen to on a road trip from Houston TX to Orlando, FL. I couldn’t be happier for the find. I’m a native Texan of Mexican descent and have no personal ties to anything Scottish beyond a deep admiration for the culture and a love of learning about the histories of other cultures. This podcast delightfully satiates all areas of interest that I have in my search for a podcast.. humor, history, wit, and banter of old friends, told in a campfire storytelling way that makes it so accessible and easy to listen to.. I could fill pages with words of adoration but hopefully this will do for now. I’m truly addicted and now that I’m all caught up on the episodes, I absolutely can not wait for the next one. Good show guys. Thank you for the work you put into it.

If you are looking for a thoughtful mix of wit, humor, and informational content about Scottish culture, look no further. I can honestly say this podcast has become one of my very favorites to listen to. Having grown up together as childhood friends, the Thistle boys have a chemistry and knack for good conversation, or the “gift of the gab” as some would say, that translates well to their new venture as podcasters. I stumbled upon this pod while looking for Scottish culture & history pods & I am so glad I did. I love it!! First off, the guys are delightful! Funny, charming. As an American, we really enjoy their accents as well. They touch on Scottish pop culture & cover specifically Scottish things I don’t always know much about, as well as diving into the Scottish details on people that are known worldwide(Go listen to their Andy Murray episode!!). I drive a bit during the week & this pod has been a lovely treat for the rides home. Keep up the great work!
