Lianna Marie
These interview style episodes are all about the way we as people view life, the things we love and the things that cause us pain, the way we think, hope, and fear. We each hold a unique place in this world, complete with our own dreams, culture, and perspective. It is the individual stories of those I meet along my journey that shape the way I see the world. I’m excited to share these stories with you and hope they allow you to fall in love with humanity as they have for me.
Jessica - The Sum Of Love
Jessica is a warm and inviting soul, one that feels like a comfortable friend and an inspiring dream chaser all in one We talk about what it means to have your art come from yourself and who you are, the shift that can take as you begin to find yourself, and the excitement she has to see what comes out of who she is becoming.  She shares the choice she has made to work on self doubt and accept the strength of her voice, to not be in her head about what to say, and how she wishes others knew not only how deserving of love they are but also how overjoyed somebody would be to love you. We talk about what brings her peace and the smile that came to her face as she shared those two very free, very accessible gifts available to all of us.  @jessicalynnskinner

Jeff - Stay Elevated
Jeff and I talk about why a chameleon is what he feels most aligned with and the value in being able to be a part of something without letting go of where you came from. We talk about the brand Stay Local that he has created and why the opportunity to share the stories of others and use the platform he has created to help local businesses matters so much to him. Jeff is many things, a talented artist, with a resume in film and media that speaks highly to his talent, a U.S. Navy Diver,  the founder of Deep Sea Co, a member of project recover, and a list that I could go on and on with, but what I see in Jeff as he openly shares about his life with me, about his fears, his values, about how mental illness took someone very close to him, about how he deeply desires to use what he has learned in life to help others. What I see in Jeff is a man who is both human and humble. It is an honor to share  a part of this mans story, a part of the community he takes pride in, a part of the creativity and joy he chooses to see in life, and a part of the man behind Stay Local. So tune in and learn why the words STAY ELEVATED mean something to him. @staylocal.tahoe   @staylocal.mobi  @build.agency

Sharon opens up about not just the joy she finds in life but her humanness that she is not afraid to allow others to hear.  We talk about the sadness in the moments that some choose to make others feel small, and the impact judgment has had on who she has become and how she seeks to know others and share the love this life has for them in place of that judgement. Failure Is An Option
Today's episode is all about the failure, how it makes us feel, two questions we should be asking ourselves when we feel defeated, and the truth about how we should respond to our feelings in moments of failure. Failure is not something to be feared but rather something to be embraced. When we accept that failure may come, we remove the power that fearing its presence has over us, and in turn over what we work towards, and what we look forward to.

Silas - We Are Not The Rain
Silas and I talk about the value of knowing your “why” the difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and the difference between motivation and inspiration. We chat about the impact leading a team has had on his personal life, and how he has learned when decisiveness is needed and when to pull back. We talk about the value of the arts and what it means to be able to choose a direction in life, how choice is only as real as the options someone has available to them, and how he values giving that to his kids. We talk about what he wishes did not exist in this world, and the complete lack of value that its presence has in the world as a whole. Silas is a man that chooses to seek more, more growth, knowledge, experience, time with others, and more to pass on to the next generation. He is someone that has a deep drive and motivation to pursue life, and to use what he has endured to care for and lead others well. @silasadams4
