Andrew spent seven years brewing in China including some time as the head brewer at a Drei Kronen Bavarian brauhaus in Shanghai, prior to launching Three Hills on his birthday in 2016.

Three Hills Brewing is named after the local Neolithic burial mounds and it's mission is to produce high quality, innovative and experimental small-batch beers for those who love to explore new taste sensations. Rather than reproducing the same beers, they focus on creating a new recipe every time to keep things interesting.
