This "week" in anguish:

- We struggle to fathom how we got down into this trough, and yet we remember every damn step along the way.

- Taps urgently on our tattered "There's no salary cap on respect" sign.

- Misses and appreciates Gino Odjick, and will continue to do so forever.

- Comes distressingly close to agreeing with Andrew Walker on something.

- Rolls out the anguished carpet for Rick Tocchet. Huzzah. 

- Sighs along with John Garrett, and wishes our team could do a better job of embodying John Shorthouse's 2023 resolution.
