Hello and welcome back! In our second to last installment of Summer Shorts, we bring you the jarring story of Paul Michael Stephani, otherwise known as The Weepy-Voiced Killer. When a series of violent assaults and murders in Minnesota were followed up by frantic calls from the killer himself, investigators worked hard to identify the killer before he struck again. Hang on for this one. This one’s a doozy!
