When 47-year-old Teresita Basa was found murdered in her Chicago apartment, police were left with nearly no evidence that they could use to solve the crime. After a few short months, the case ran cold. But soon after, a very unique tip would come in. A couple claimed that the spirit of Teresita Basa had come to them and told them how to find the killer.
