I had the pleasure to officiate a wedding this past summer at the beautiful Blue Heron Pines Country Club I share how I thanked the guests for joining us especially since their wedding was rescheduled due to covid. I also share the beautiful reading we did for the charge as well as how we acknowledge the groom’s father who has passed and an acknowledgement of his children he brings to the marriage. I advise how you must always have a backup location for bad weather, and this includes excessive heat! I also advise that you should always ask the Banquet Manager to make sure the chairs they set up for the ceremony are spread out a little and not on top of each other so that guests are comfortable.
