Are you done being a "nice girl"? Perhaps you will be once you see how SELFISH it actually is! You're mad because you don't see how yet? It's selfish because it's self protective in a way that causes you to abandon your true self to EARN love! But it's not real love is it? Because it's not really YOU being loved, is it? It's a mask, a false and manipulated version of you that you think will earn you love. This episode share some examples from the past that had me show up as a "nice girl" AND some recent examples of me being the loving woman I am now instead. Let's look at how being "nice" actually hurts instead of helps! If you want help leaving the nice girl identify behind, reach out, that's the coaching I help you do! We make your unconscious "nice girl" girl behaviours conscious, we look at the beliefs and perspectives you're holding that have you act that way, we change those beliefs and behaviours, so you can be loving instead of BS "nice". Enjoy this episode and share it with a "nice girl" who may need the nudge!

If you've been trying to create change in your body without changing your mindset, you need to listen to this episode! Rani Curry, PT and Neuro Linguistic Programming coach, talks about how she overcame a long term binge eating disorder, after years of exploring other modalities, with mindset work through NLP. She now advocates for people to create long lasting change in their bodies and beliefs, seeing the two work hand in hand. Rani shares her story as a way to encourage others to explore their relationship with themselves, to keep making changes to the body with an awareness of why you're doing it and to drive those changes from a place of deep self love. I loved hearing Rani's story as a young woman with such a BIG mission already! Enjoy this relatable episode and share it with any young women you believe needs this message of hope and love!

What do you want? Sounds easy, right? Except many of us don't yet have what we want, so let's look deeper into this question. In love, in relationships, in life, when I ask what you want, I am ALSO asking what do you UNconsciously want that is creating a reality that is different to what you consciously say you want? Ouph! That's a fun exploration. Because our past doesn't have to create our future, if we can uncover what we are unconsciously feeling, believing and doing that is preventing us from having what we consciously want. Diving deeper into the unconscious mind, looking at your existential kinks and your secondary gain in staying the same way. Do you even know what you want?

I wonder if you feel you're made for more?
This episode reminds you that the possibility exists to recognise, or simply DECIDE, that you’re made for more!
Brydie Stewart did! After working herself sick as a "type A over-achiever" the proverbial slap in the face of being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease woke her up to what she truly wanted. The hope in sharing this, and many other stories with you this season, is so that you're not left like Brydie saying, “I wish I heard the whispers”!
Strap in for an episode that invites you to take ownership of your life! In Brydie's case, in doing so, she cleared disease from her body in a way which means she has never had to medicate for multiple sclerosis. You heard me right, by changing your life you can change your body! For Brydie Stewart that meant listening to herself and taking action towards what she wanted; it meant quitting her day job and letting mis-aligned friendships leave her life.
When I asked Brydie the not so simple question of, "How did you do it?" She simply stated, “I didn’t sit around and wonder what life would be like if I changed, I just got up and did it!” What if we all let it be THAT easy!? Taking action without knowing the outcome.
She also shares some great tips on how to explore what's next for you in creating life and business anew! Like asking yourself what you love as a way to build what’s next; committing to self-care through practices like meditation and walking; listening to yourself; being embodied and confident to know YOUR right path; knowing and loving yourself; and creating a picture of the impact your work will have on the world as a way to stay on track.
We also talk what hustle looks like; whether or not to "burn the boats" or keep a side hustle; self compassion over self- sabotage; mindset in business; being a business owner and a mother; how to hold an empowered perspective for your children; exploring life and work priorities; deciding return on investment in accordance with your values and deciding that you can have it all!
Thank-you Brydie for your reminder for each of us to believe in ourselves, “Because if you don’t believe in yourself no one will”!

Any control freaks out there? I see you! I get it, I totally feel you. I've been a woman too! One who aimed to control so many uncontrollable elements in her world (and those in it). Much of it was outside of my awareness at the time. I've spent the last 15 months LETTING GO! And do you know what, Elsa had it right! It feels AMAZING! Never have I ever had so much easy, so much joy, so much passion, so much pleasure or so much love. Never could I ever have forced my way into the life I live now. I love. I trust. And I LET GO! It's in the letting go, that I'm able to fully love and trust. So I wonder what may be available to you, if you allowed yourself to let go? To know that what's meant for you will find you. To take action, with intention, without grasping onto the when, the where or the how. To allow yourself to take purposeful steps and trust the experience that gets you there. What might be available to you, in work, in play, in love... in life! That feels like a deep sigh, finally released, doesn't it? I even share some strategies to help get you to that much needed complete exhale. Sending you love x You got this babe!

Dating 101? No way! Who else agrees it's time for NEW patterns in love and relating?
What if you made your OWN rules, or f%cked them off altogether? That sounds like freedom, doesn't it?
A fun episode with my special guest Karina Whelan! Karina interviews me, as we discuss our no rules, "too much", "too soon" version of dating, love and relationships! That's right, being too much, too soon, f%cking off the rules! Choosing the perspective that "I would rather be rejected for what I am, than loved for what I am not"! Because we can all see that if you have to do anything to be in the relationship, that makes you compromise who you are, at your deepest core values, that’s not the relationship for you! And seeing that is powerful, don't you think?
I share the distant past and path I took to learn what not to do (for me any-who), including open relationships and polyamory! Yet, they allowed me to find access to the new level of love and version of relating I'm entering into now. We talk: standards, boundaries, pre-sexual-intimacy conversations and agreements and how I believe we can create more possibilities of drawing in and maintaining the relationships we desire.
I also speak to the relationship journey I'm on NOW, with the incredible man I'm creating a picture of future possibilities with #mysteryman. Including how we have agreed to make our own rules, be seen and loved as we are now, growing and evolving, together. Building on the solid foundation of the well researched pillars for fulfilling love: safety, trust and commitment.
What if you allowed yourself to explore and experiment with how you show up in relationships and all of the potential to be created there? What might be possible if you experimented and explored, making your own rules?
Listen, like and review! We love hearing from you x

You're going to LOVE this episode if you're someone who wants more power and freedom in your life. Here we go, you're ready, right? What if you chose to let go of blame, shame and guilt and CHOSE to take FULL responsibility for your life? What if instead of thinking, feeling and saying "It's not my fault!" you chose to believe, know and say, "It IS my responsibility". Your healing, your perspective, your response from here onward GET to be your responsibility. That's true power and freedom, don't you see? It means you choose to see that it all happened for you. No matter how painful, how horrible, it may not have been okay then, yet it all CAN be okay now! This expands your locus of control and gives you way more power than if you gave it away with blame. So I wonder, what can you create from this point forward?

As a hula hooper, a circus performer and a Chinese medicine doctor, Kiera Blaney @heykiera_ gets the value of PLAY! We are talking play, with yourself and with life! As Kiera continues to say, play IS medicine. Kiera has created a life and career of fun and play. It wasn’t as easy as a walk in the park, though the spark for her career literally started with an inspirational walk in the park. What a journey Kiera has made, going from lost in her “Monkey Mind”, self hating and disconnected from her body, to embodied, loving her body, herself (more and more) and her life; showing people the possibility of fun, happiness and joy through PLAY! We explore the magic of the many forms of play, movement and embodiment practises, to help people find felt sense of safety and parasympathetic rest, so that they can do the deeper healing. You know what it feels like, don't you? Letting go of time when you play, entering that timeless flow state. What if we all made more space to break out of that "busy trap", to play and reflect on how our body responds? I wonder what would happen if we spent more time being in our body, perhaps more powerful realisations? As we reflect on how experience leads to wisdom, Kiera boldly shares vulnerably about the sexual experiences she has been able to reflect on and learn from, including: beliefs about how she ‘had to’ give her body to others in a particular way; energetic boundaries intended to stop abuse; losing herself and finding herself again! She can see how taking the calculated risk to experience and process emotions of perceived traumatic experiences have created the fun loving, powerful woman she is today! Kiera asks us all to consider, “What could life be like? How could it be different? How can you take that risk, in a safe way?” A beautiful reminder that everything is a risk, which you can choose to do safely and with support, in your own way. This podcast episode shares of power abuse within sexual contexts and how we have each come to healing realisations. We invite you to consider too, the power of choosing to take full responsibility for your healing journey. What if you chose to take your power back, knowing it wasn’t okay then and it all gets to be okay NOW? Kiera invites a deep discussion into the ways unhealed trauma plays out in the present and limits our experience of life, and how everyone has the opportunity to find peace with all parts of themselves, allowing them to shine their light too. She wraps up the episode sharing what she’s up to on the 88 Temple Pilgrimage (The Shikoku), raising money for mental health awareness through https://healedtribe.org.au/. A generous gift is offered, if you want to donate to Healed Tribe, Kiera will also share an acupressure resource created to support relief of anxiety. This, and many tips for healing through play, are shared in this inspirational episode! Follow her journey at @heykiera_ and @hulahoopbrisbane and check out how to make a donation to support her journey @heal.edtribe

What do you make 'failure' mean and how often does that stop you from taking action? It is common to 'fail' when actioning the first attempt in learning something, right? So how can you let go of any beliefs about failure and emotional stories you've learned (from school, from childhood, from work)? It takes new ways of thinking about and feeling toward failure. Will you allow yourself to view failure as feedback, information and an opportunity to explore what wasn't working? What might be possible for you if you chose to view 'failure' is simply an opportunity for feedback? What might NOT happen if you don't? What if you took action, got messy, made mistakes and used the information to iterate? Let's go fail and see, sounds fun, right?
