If you want to do it using tech, try an app like Values Discovery on the Google Play store, which unfortunately doesn’t seem to be available on IOS.There are values exercises early on in The Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Journal, because ACT is grounded in values.Elaine recommends the old-school way: the. paper version of the Personal Values Card Sort. Print the values and cut them out (don't fall into the double-sided-print settings trap). Instructions are on the exercise. Remember: they should be yours, you should keep out the shoulds, and you don't have to be living them at the moment for them to be an authentic value.
