We are Katie and Joanna, best friends who are interested in sharing some thoughts with others! This podcast is for people who want to feel better about themselves (as we talk about self-care, body image, and healthy relationships), while also addressing some tough issues that women face in our society (such as homelessness, domestic violence, and poverty). We are not experts, just two young women who are looking to spark a change!
