This Is Hard To Say was birthed from my life long battle with disordered eating that ultimately lead me to my death bed in 2020. Writing & sharing is one way I alchemize hard experiences I encounter.
I cover disordered eating, trauma, loss but also joy, art and small moments in life that shower us in gratitude. I welcome others to join!
