My favorite genre of podcasts is that covering emotional intelligence topics & diving deep into discussion on an array of topics that pop up in life. This podcast has become my favorite one to look forward to, filling a void I’ve felt since Cheryl Strayed & Steve Almond discontinued Dear Sugars. I love what Tory & Kari are doing in this space and I can’t wait to hear more from them!

I love Tory and Kari! I love their perspectives and hear what tools they use as they navigate their life journey. It feels like I am sitting down with a couple of girlfriends who offer a supporting and loving environment for growth. I always leave the podcast episodes with something to take away and reflect on. Love you ladies!

Why I didn’t find this podcast earlier will remain a mystery, but I’m giddy with excitement listening to them all now! My first listen was Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself and it could not have come at a better time. Tory is magic wrapped in love and I’m already loving Kari. Thanks ladies. ❤️

Both women are raw and vulnerable as they open up and share their lives and continue to live in the moment. It’s not about being perfect or ignoring our feelings, but allowing ourselves to feel in the moment. I can’t wait to see what other great episodes are up next. A must listen for any female.

As a 69 year old Grandmother of 4 I love to hear Tory and Kari talk about their lives and experiences. I wish I had had a podcast like theirs to listen to as a younger woman. It’s wonderful to hear how they manage life’s ups and downs in very productive ways and the tools they employ to reach their goals. I have been enlightened by their guests as well.

On the path to healing, it’s really powerful to have consistent, helpful and truthful concepts bombard you from different voices. Walking the walk brings about an authentic voice that I appreciate while listening to another soul forging its way home. The best part is receiving the encouragement that change is possible- and the sharing of tips and resources comes from the oh so important abundance mentality. Sharing IS caring! I am so thankful that people are finally having conversations like these and removing their veils.

This Feels Important is allowing/motivating me to sit in my truth, acknowledge my feelings, and just be me- raw, messy, beautiful, forever changing.
