We just can't even...The White Salamander #1 - 1.5 oz silver rum - 1 oz coconut water - 1 oz coconut water syrup* - 0.5 oz lime juice - 0.5 oz pineapple juice - 2 drops of Mormon tears*Coconut Water Syrup Recipe - 1 cup of coconut water - 1 cup of sugar - 1 cinnamon stick - 6-8 whole clovesCombine ingredients in small pot and stir while bringing to a boil. Once it boils, remove from heat and let the ingredients steep and cool for 30 minutes. Strain the cinnamon and cloves and store liquid in a covered container.The White Salamander #2 1 oz Coconut milk syrup 1/2 oz coconut water Simple syrup to taste 3/4 oz Lime juice 1-2 oz white rumOptional coconut extract for tasteWet shake and fine strain into coupe or nick and Nora glassMint leaf or lime peel garnish
