Today my guest is Charlie Dino, President and GM of AcquireTek, a full line acquisition integration company. Welcome Charlie... thanks John for having me. Charlie so tell me a little bit about what you do at AcquireTek.  Yeah so AcquireTek, we are an acquisition integration company. We go in when somebody acquires a company, we'll go in after they put in a letter of intent for the acquisition and we start to do an assessment. Then we do planning sessions with them and show them how you can do an execution of an integration in a more succinct and process oriented way. So help me understand what do you mean by integration services. What's included in that? Yeah sure so we go all the way from we've done rebranding, communications to employees hr, transition of systems and any type of processes that they might have same thing with financial systems and financial processes and then we also start to get into the operational side of their business. Welcome to the next episode of Think Business. I'm excited today to have Bruce Belvin, CEO and founder of OneDataSource. Bruce welcome. Hey John, how are you doing today? I'm doing great, thanks. So the trivia point I have with Bruce is he's probably the last person that I saw in a business capacity before the pandemic. We were in Charleston, at your conference and you know that's when everything broke loose and everybody told us to go on the quarantine and i came home from there and my wife put me into the basement for two weeks to the quarantine and I haven't really seen anybody since, other than Zoom meetings. So that's kind of your claim to fame in my world. I don't know... that's kind of infamous. Hopefully the other attendees don't hold me responsible for what's happened but I didn't think about that that's kind of funny. Yeah it is it was. It was really kind of amazing I you know obviously we started hearing the news. We heard it a little bit the week before but then it really kind of came out that week and so I remember driving home and my wife was pretty worried but fortunately I think we all were healthy and safe so no issues there. So but again welcome. Today we have Candice Klein on our show. Candice is president of Klein Contracting and CEO of Meta Team welcome Candice thanks for joining us at Think Business. Thank you for having me nice to see you John. You too, so tell me a little bit about Klein contracting and then how that relates to Meta Team and give us a little background of how you got here. It's an interesting story I know. So I am a commercial roofer Klein Contracting is a commercial roofing company that has been around for 32 years. I'm the president of it and as you can see I'm female which makes me kind of an anomaly in my field. We do commercial roofing only. Let me be clear because my friends will call and want me to do their houses and I can't help them but what happened was we were looking at our market and my market is the Southeast United States and we are certified as a woman-owned business. We decided it's really not the best thing to service my client's needs when I can only have a geographical footprint that's about this big. There are other wonderful women-owned roofing companies in other areas that also do amazing work that could service clients needs. We got to mulling this over and a little birdie whispered in my ear put them all together. So what happened is I got together with two other really dynamic women-owned roofing companies and an amazing other businesswoman and the four of us created what is now the Meta Team.  #JohnYeager #CandiceKlein #ThinkBusiness
