I am a longtime follower of Polina from YouTube. And while I have truly enjoyed and respected her content for years, it seems like recent content is focused on her selling her programs. I TOTALLY understand she wants to promote her business, and it is her right to do so, but it’s frustrating when a podcast episode has a certain title and you are expecting content related to that title, but it’s really just her promoting her courses/products. It has gotten to be very gimmicky and the podcast now sounds like a sales pitch. I am giving three stars because I do love Polina’s older content and I hope she is able to give us more of that in the near future.

I recommend this podcast to everyone! Polina is amazing. This podcast has been great to listen to while on my self love journey. Thank you!!

This podcast has kept me so grounded this year. Polina really makes you reflect on different aspects of life that you forgot you even abandoned! This was the push I needed to begin healing from old trauma, always look forward to a new podcast because honestly “they just don’t get it” 🤍

I normally will listen to podcasts while cleaning my room or when I’m pre occupied to pass the time. However I really felt connected to what Polina was saying in her most recent episode about how to heal and spiritually- everytime I listen to any of her videos / these podcasts I feel like I’m getting so much out of it , I need to write down the information to I can apply it to my life. Definitely worth listening to you will not regret it ❤️

Polina discusses and thoroughly analyzes topics regarding personal development, spirituality, and raising your level of consciousness, to name a few. She possesses a tremendous amount of insight and I always learn a new piece of information that adds significant value to my life. As someone who’s very into spirituality and bettering myself, it can sometimes be a lonely experience because very few people operate from the mindset as you. I’ve been following polina on various social platforms for years now and she never fails to sooth me. I used to listen to her vlogs with my phone locked and when I found out she had a podcast I was quick to subscribe. Every time I listen I feel a sense of relief. I’m new to the world of astrology, but I often find my feelings validated through listening. Very easy listening perfect to listen to while working.

I wish this podcast was more professional , her thoughts are everywhere and she switches what she’s talking about so much that I can’t even keep up with her.

Polina is so good at delivering all of her thoughts and knowledge across to people! Great and useful information as well! I literally sit and wait for her to post her next episodes!

Polina just gets it. Hearing a young women who is wise beyond her years talking about spirituality in a way that is understandable and relatable is a beautiful thing. This podcast truly adds value to my life, and I look forward to it every week. Polina has truly inspired me to be a more conscious and self aware being and I am so grateful to have been following her for so many years.

I say practice what you preach because you preach living with integrity and living in truth, but your business practices have been everything but that. I believe that this podcast is nothing more than tangents based on other people’s videos & popular thoughts in the world of spirituality (notice how she mentions nu mind frame after pretty much any relevant thing said) and then sprinkles on more of her sales pushes. Disappointed & unsubscribed (on all platforms after 4 years). Save your time. Additionally, If I could give this podcast less than 1 star I would. At the beginning and throughout the podcast Polina tries to push her products and services on to the listener saying if you feel compelled to buy it, if this resonates with you, and things along those lines to push her guides on you which is not the content listeners came here for.

Love the content however I find it interesting that Isabel palacio posted a video on the divine feminine energy reiterating the same opinions as your recent episode. I just think even if Polonia does thing a like she should have waited a couple weeks.

Polina’s podcast truly resonates with me. She inspires me to be a better person and dive deeper into these topics to change my mindset. Some of my deepest interests and passions were introduced to me by her videos and podcasts. She just truly gets it. So grateful to have found her beautiful spirit as a source of inspiration to change my life for the better. For some reason the podcast topics always apply to my life even if I listen later than normal. Love you Polina! You are pure magic.

I’ve watched your YouTube videos for years now and I never felt more connected to the content then when you started to talk about these deeper topics. Then when you launched the podcast it was this whole new level of being able to better myself and my everyday life. I love to just zen out on my commute to work while listening to the podcast or get things done while it’s playing in the background. All in all my rating is 12/10 🙃

I've been following Polina since she was in high school posting outfit of the days. She helped me commence my spiritual awakening and self love journey that has resulted in me acting from my highest self for the good of all. I'm living authentically and, in my opinion, my best life. Iam so happy I started listening to this podcast. I tend to listen to it before bed when there is a new episode. It’s helps me so much to set the right positive mood and Intention for the next day. It’s So insightful and relatable! I defiantly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn or is interested about spirituality and manifestation.

I can not say enough good things about this podcast. I have never resonated with anything more in my life than with the messages that polina brings to this platform. Polina truly is an intuitive, light filled being and her podcast has the ability to completely change your life and perspective for the better. I will never understand how she always manages to discuss topics that I myself ponder on a daily basis, but I am so grateful that she does. If astrology/metaphysics’s/spirituality/anything related to the occult intimidates or overwhelms you, this podcast is a great place to start and expose yourself to that material. Polina does a great job of relating clear and concise messages alongside examples that are very easy to follow and always encompass the central message that she is tying to deliver. Great job polina! Thursday’s are now my favorite day of the week💗

I have never been so addicted to a podcast! Generally in life I like consistency and this is one of the first things I’ve been consistent with. I listen to these podcast every week since it started and the time when you did take a break I was just waiting for it to start back up again and I’m so glad you’re back and in the right mind frame again . Every time I listen to your podcast it is exactly what I need to hear in that moment. It has definitely helped me become a better person and evaluate my life every time I listen to your podcast I take out a journal and actually jot things down like I’m in a classroom. I’ve been following you since I was in middle school and I am glad that the Internet even exist so I’m able to just Connect with someone who has similar thoughts that I do because in this world I feel like I really do not resonate with many people. I actually took this personality test and it said that there are only 4% of people in the world that have the same personality and I guess think the same way that I do and I feel like you are definitely about 4% too. Anyways I just went in but thank you so much for creating content on all of your platforms I love it keep doing you girl!

Polina is one of my favorite youtubers, if not my favorite, and I love tuning into her podcasts every week for extra content. Through listening to these messages, I always learn new things that I can apply to whats going on in my life. She explains concepts really well and provides good examples to help listeners understand very easily. These podcasts are definitely worth a listen if you want to improve your well being!!

I’ve watched Polina on YouTube for about 3 years and loved her energy and the content she was putting out, but somewhere along the way I realized there was a lot more going on with her on a deeper level.... and also with me. So, her YouTube led me here... I’d never listened to a podcast, but wanted to hear more. I found that I was going through many similar things, and could resonate with all of her podcasts. I have to say I have been a subscriber of Polina from her early yt days when she did ootd still in hs. I’ve always admired her style and enjoyed her videos. However, this podcast I believe is her best work yet! I’ve gained so much insight from listening to these podcasts and love the content!
