Today's episode of Thesis Thursdays includes an amazing scientist and lab-sis of mine, Ria Anand. Ria has worked to get her PhD in both Pharmacology and now, Cell Molecular Bio, and she is super interesting and dedicated to her work. For her last project, she looked at the movement of mitochondria in the brain in Parkinson models, and now she's looking at genetics and their effects on fat bodies in fruit flies.
