Being positive and being affirmative is not that different but still changes the whole outlook in a person's life. Being affirmative shows acceptance and agreement which means staying affirmative is more effective than just having a positive attitude. Positivity can be affirmed. So, try being Affirmative and repeat after me... "I am worth it. I'll be better everyday. I accept myself."

I was an introvert and needed attention but what I learned was, you need to be attentive to yourself first, rather than expecting it from others.
