In this episode, we discussed the importance of seeing others as people and our connection and value in terms of their hopes and needs, and that assisting us with motivation. We then discussed the importance of focusing on desired outcome and believing in other people, and allowing them to do what they do well and for us to not need to take on, everyone’s jobs.
