Say yes to every opportunity15.) If you liked a professor, keep in touch with them16.) If someone is offering or agreeing to help you, it is partly because they are kind and partly because they see untapped potential in you17.) We create balls and chains for ourselves because we don’t actually like the idea of total freedom18.) Go to therapy19.) Habits are the compound interest of self improvement20.) Self help books are the same information regurgitated over and over again but that doesn’t mean they aren’t useful21.) You will miss out on things always but call it trade offs, not sacrifices22.) Take Vitamin C supplement before holidays23.) Try not to say sorry to make your life easier but also don’t be overly confrontational24.)
