Started as an idea to create a show for women of color to relay their experiences in the workforce, the host, Naomi Lilly, decided to turn her vision into a reality. For many women of color, the workspace presents microaggressions, abuse, and an emphasis on silence. It’s tiring to feel like one has to navigate a space alone. This platform was created to invite all stories and support for women of color working through systemic barriers.
