I am still learning
The Cows was the best take on Racism, white supremacy, and the system of it. I learned a lot and appreciate the serious no nonsense approach. I truly feel like I went to college. For black self love and respect.

Someone should make this sanctimonious blow hard host aware of the fact that the largest slave plantation in the south was and will always be owned and operated by a famous princess of an African clan. You can visit this in Florida to this day. Historically Every race has been on both sides of this issue. Anyone in 2025 that’s still falling for the perception management operation they use to divides us , is bloody. hopeless. You literally let the enemy through the gate as you read their fairy tales to fall asleep. And proceed to call yourself ‘woke’. Ok homie. You gunna be crying for whitey when the grid go down ??!! Nahh, you will expect them to help you with no questions asked. And then it’s back to the races!

Gus T the host is excellent. The c.o.w.s has taught me a lot about what it means to be white. I highly recommend for nonwhite people

Gus is an insufferable jerk, but some interesting content
I don’t want to assume anything about Gus, but I can’t help it. Gus mocks guests and is aggressive with white guests. Is it possible to be a white, non-racist? This is a serious question for Gus.

Impactful
I have been silently listening for ten years and what and informative and constructive podcast.

Mostly love, just wish…
I just listed to the episode with Dr. Angelyn Spaulding Flowers about school shooters. Excellent, so much so that I bought her book while listening.
My only wish is that the episodes could be grouped by year (like each season would be a given year). It’s very hard to navigate the episodes when it’s one massive list. 5 stars for content but bumped to 4 for really challenging navigation.

It’s a gimmick
It’s a “gotcha” setup - interviews done in bad faith with pre-planned “listener” questions that are meant to entrap. Host elicits interviews through email and is not honest or ethical with his process. Makes the entire thing just seem like a long drawn-out inside joke. Too bad - the topics could really be interesting if discussed in good faith with actual listening involved. It reminds me of some sort of Howard Stern process with funny sounds at the touch of a button, ridiculous terminology (words aren’t owned by anyone are they?) meant to confuse and hurt. Just. . . no.

I have been listening to The C. O. W. S. for a few years now and I better understand the ways racism/white supremacy has been ingrained into practically every aspect of life, it has been astounding to say the least. I am better able to give guidance to my children who are young adults and a teenager as it related to racism. I respond so much calmer to situations that arise in my personal and work life now. I recommend 100%. Gus’s delivery takes some getting used to and that is because I feel we are so used to getting fluff and vague dialogue, it’s rare to hear someone speak so raw and direct addressing these tough issues. I particularly love that he mainly interviews white guests, his ability to ask those tough questions while remaining the consummate professional, is something I’ve never heard before. I would suggest to commit to listen for a minimum of 6 months and I promise that you’ll be hooked because of how much you will learn. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Invaluable resource on racism/terrorism
Gus is an invaluable asset in terms of analyzing and contextualizing racism/terrorism. This program makes me less confused in my journey of understanding and countering racism/terrorism. I strongly believe that victims of racism/terrorism would benefit greatly from the continuance of this program. I will support Gus in any way I can.

First time I've heard a logical conversation about racism what it is and how it works. I'm really impressed with female participants who are classified as black.

Hypocrisy from one episode
Listening to The Atlanta Child Murders case with Chet Dettlinger. The host pushed back saying Blacks couldn’t be racist.
Anyone can be racist in 2021. When you have white people as interested in the ATL KID case you know things have changed. Checkout Atlanta Monster or Mindhunter Season 2.

Best podcast on the study and understanding of white supremacy
I’ve been listening to The C.O.W.S for about 6 years now. The C.O.W.S has changed my views on racism, what it is and how it works. If you are a person of color you need to be subscribed and listening to The C.O.W.S.

What happened.
Great podcast. This podcast is usually three hours long. Episodes show that they are five minutes long after downloading. The episodes do not play after the date 10/2018.

A great show with great information
I wish Apple/iTunes would fix there issues serving this show.
It’s an amazing show that features quality information and analysis. I wish this was the way most mainstream media discussed race: clearly, logically, fact filled, and/ or with anecdotes that backed up the arguments mad
Jules.iamjustjules
Thought provoking
Necessary counter racist suggestions. Interesting guest. Lots of vital information for victims of racism.
Hi apple podcast. Can you fix the COWS podcast? We would really appreciate it

Episodes won’t play on Itunes
This is the most constructive show on racism/white supremacy that I’ve ever heard, maybe that’s why all of a sudden the episodes don’t play anymore.
You can play the archives but all the newer episodes don’t play. Gus T has said that everything is fine on his end when he uploads the episodes. So, this could be Itunes practicing racism/white supremacy. 👀

Episodes don’t play.
All they show is five minutes but never start.

Very Informative!!
But Apple has done something so that this podcast will no longer play!! It will show that the episodes are only 5 minutes long and will display “played” even though it hasn’t.
Need my fix in GR
Amazing.
Great podcast with a wealth of information. For some reason no episodes no longer will play for me, very disappointed in this platform.

Constructive
I find this program to be the most accurate, informative, and constructive information on the global system of racism white supremacy. I think it’s required listening for all people who are classified as not white in particular those classified as black. Accurate verifiable informative shows that leaves me with a position of being less confused about current affairs/events. Compensatory Call-In, Work Place Racism, and Book Club are awesome. I recommend this program for parents, college students, professionals, children, etc.....GREAT PROGRAM

Unapologetically straight forward
The host of this program is in the spirit of Malcolm X, unapologetically direct with his white guest, he pulls no punches. He appears to be stand off-ish when it comes to people calling brother, this I understand perfectly. When you are doing this work, you have to choose your friends, not find them. He speaks with a strong and concise voice, truth to power.
Questionmark2116
Serious podcast
Very enlightening. The host is very good at interviewing his guests, asking detailed questions, allowing them to answer w/out interruptions, while not pretending to know what they mean, but asking for elaboration. The show highlights topics that are not presented in “mainstream media” formats, or presents different views for those that are. Great podcast.
Was I deceived???
Extremely helpful!
This show has been so helpful for me. It’s teaching me how to design a strategy for myself to combat workplace racism. It’s also helpful to hear others share testimonies regarding their strategy. I feel extremely supportive and empowered by the show!

Clarity
Mr Neely Fuller Jr said that correct information heals the mind of people who are confused. I perceived that as a child. Under the System of White Racist Education/Educators I was given 12 years of forced false and incorrect information. This broadcast helps pool correct information together from Victims of this same System so that we begin to correct, heal and free our minds from the Deception fueled by White Supremacist globally.

Learned to apply logic
The COWS has provided me with the knowledge to improve myself as an individual, parent, wife and black citizen of the universe.
I have learned how to apply logic to situations and relationships and conduct myself accordingly. Learning from/with The COWS = Black Self Respect

Finally!!!
I am so happy I found this on podcast. I have been using my YouTube it is dreadful. I love you Gus and thank you for bringing this show!!

I could listen to COWS all day….
In fact, I do. Im even about to order a barely visible bluetooth earbud, so I can sneak and listen while Im working (not just during breaks). LOL! I think I first heard of cows from the BTR show known as justice lab. Ive been listening for a few years. It’s helped me in immeasurable ways to understand what is happening around me, and more importantly, why. Life is still tough, but I look at life and the world with more understanding than I’d ever been capable of, had I never encountered this program. I’d even say I’d probably be dead or imprisoned, if it weren't for Cows, and people like Bro Neely Fuller and Dr. Cress Welsing. I am a nonwhite black female victim.

Informative, insightful, and Codified!
Probably the most impactful program I've come across in my lifetime which speaks to issues globally facing non-white people in the most effective way. Program is well run, and its put together so that victims from any age group can listen in and participate for constructive results.

The C.O.W.S is the greatest program for combating White Terrorism
No other program on the planet like the C.O.W.S. I’ve learned more from this program than any other program/institution. "if you don’t understand racism/white supremacy, what it is and how it works, everything else you think you understand will only confuse you” (Neely Fuller Jr.) And I think this program does the best job at making you become more logical and less confused.

Blew My Mind
When you see the same problem going on for decades with no change just transformation it's time to look at things at a different prospective. Gus is constantly doing the research and flawlessly given a different perspective of how racism works. If it wasn't for this show who knows we're I would be.

Infinitely Valuable Conversations & Information
This podcast provides information, analysis, and conversations which ALL non-white, especially black, people need to be aware. It involves logical, functional, and accurate examinations of racism/white supremacy. Glad I discovered this podcast and look forward to listening and supporting it going forward.

Top notch
Wake up from the comatose state. Now you can put your finger on the real problem of this earth, an it not global warming. It's the people that is causing it. They are the most powerful & smartest. Smartest in this case doesn't mean good. For you

Wow
Well, if you think the white skinned devil is the cause of all the world's (and your) problems, and you want to listen to Gus interview people to glean justification for his racist hatred of white people, you've come to the right place.
His 2 hour interview with Sam Vaknin is worth listening to, but Gus spends the time not trying to understand the guest's view, but to try and label all whites as psychopaths.
The guests are interesting, but Gus's lack of interest in learning something from them is stunning.
