Before the Black panelist could utter a single syllable on the stand, the court forced an immediate sidebar to audit his unsealed 2022 social media records. The defense aggressively dismantled his suitability over a June 2022 commentary where he re-posted: “Last week it was arm the teachers. Then it was arm the doctors. After a White Supremacist killed 10 Black people at a grocery store, they didn’t say arm Black people.” Despite testifying that his vigilance since the 5/14 massacre forces him to constantly survey public festivals for escape routes, and noting that his childhood church sits directly adjacent to the targeted Jefferson Avenue grocer, his raw assessment of American racism was deemed legally unpalatable, resulting in his swift exclusion.

AM—nearly two and a half hours after the court's strict 8:30 AM initialization. For the second time this week, Swift shamelessly attempted to exploit Gus’s meticulously cataloged metrics, begging him to share his proprietary tracking data on the total number of qualified jurors needed to clear the pool. Gus instantly neutralized the parasitic entitlement, informing her for a second time that independent Black journalists do not slave for White journalists.

This is a massive error/lie as this White Woman was qualified in spite of the

defense attorneys's long-winded objections.
