The Katherine Massey Book Club @ The C.O.W.S. hosts Session 2 on The Memoirs of Robert and Mabel Williams: African American Freedom, Armed Resistance, and International Solidarity. After launching our premier broadcast last week, we step deeper into the primary-source reality of Monroe, North Carolina, reading through the foundational chapters of this newly compiled text. This week, we analyze the systematic enforcement of white supremacy through the routine, state-sanctioned rape and sexual abuse of Black females by Racistman. We confront the raw frustration Robert Williams expressed regarding the compliance and refusal of local black males to engage in organized physical retaliation or defensive force to stop these violations. Furthermore, we investigate Williams’ early implementation of strategic counter-violence through the secretive X-32 group. We apply counter-racist logic to deconstruct how this clandestine network weaponized fear to directly challenge and neutralize White Men who wronged Black people, shattering the myth of non-violent submission. We back up this broadcast by examining these historical models of armed self-defense against a global System of White Supremacy.INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWSCash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWSCall-In Number: 720.716.7300 Code: 564943#💻 No phone?
