Hey there! In this week’s episode I begin, as usual, by me tea talk, life update, and favourites. Today, I talk about validation, I start with an introduction, where I give my definition and some general observations. Then, I circle around the fact that we feel it from others: why, how, etc. Afterward, I start talking about actually changing that, so, I give some motivational reasons and small effective ways to do so. I wrap up with some of the main points I mentioned.
