Paul Jay is a treasure. His work via The Analysis picks up where he left off from the Real News Network and presents a thoroughly nuanced, multifaceted examination of all matters of the day. The guest list is also a treasure trove, consisting of the best minds in journalism, history, sociology, economics, activism, and politics. This podcast has been a lighthouse among the fog of partisan, commercialized, bereft, and toxic media within the tragic reality and times we find ourselves in. It has been a priceless resource and gift for me; I can’t recommend enough or sing it’s praise in the manner it deserves. A must.

Paul Jay is probably one of the best interviewers out there in all of media. Unfortunately, Paul at times has been relegated to and diminished to the sidelines by YouTube, Apple, Google, Cable, etc. Which has made him a newfound stalwart in independent media online, podcasts, YouTube, Patreon etc. He is always highly informed which allows both great conversations with guests as well as insightful questions but is also capable of shutting up and finding out information when he/ audience doesn’t know something or that particulate subject is not in his wheelhouse.

Paul Jay takes an unflinching look at the economic relationships that are the foundation of political and social struggle, unafraid to speak guests from all ends of the economic spectrum. The Analysis is must listen in a corporate newscape that refuses to peek behind the curtain of an infantilized national discourse which might reveal the underlying interests and recognize how we live in an class society with levels of inequality unseen since the beginning of the Great Depression.

Usually the Analysis is pretty good. However, I am shocked and disappointed to listen to the “Clinton attacks Sanders . . .”. All this detailed analysis on a book that neither participate has even read. It is all based on few quotes on Facebook, perhaps the winner is Facebook - replacing book reading by selected posts!

Check out the April 29 episode and see why Paul Jay’s show is so amazing. Jay is solid, so he seems radical, but only because the truth is radical. He never goes off the deep end, But does his very best to tell it like it is and cut through the incredibly sick brainwashing that is shackling all of us as human beings and as revolutionaries.

Paul seems to have a knack for building things then wrecking them. Russiagate wrecked the real news and the Russian invasion wrecked this project. I’ve canceled my modest donations, better served with breakthrough news or pushback.

This is a wonderful channel. Whoever they have on the discussions are always intelligent, fact-based and humanistic. One of my favorites.

Great music sucked me in, but then I listened to Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson. It was such a sane, informative and interesting conversation. What a choice podcast. No offense everyone else, but it’s time to stop banging on about Trump did this or Biden did that and actually inform us, please!

It reminds me of what the PBS news hour once was, before the commentators charmed their way to dominance. I’ve been searching years for this show.

Paul Jay does some of the best work you will find anywhere in the English language period.

Very honest interpretations of the times! Devoid of spin, just real conversations with lots of very smart people WITH integrity. The show serves, not just as a blistering critique of the powers that be, but as an exposition of all that could be. Paul’s casual hosting style is down to earth and relatable, allowing for the easy digestion of some fairly complex and controversial ideas.

The segments I’ve heard so far are heavy subjects but your presentation is still very understandable. Well done.

In a very short-time since he’s left TRNN, he’s back with what makes him one of the West’s premier journalists, deep-value investigative journalism that captures the big picture helping humanity understand what’s happening. Unafraid to take on most of the most challenging of issues, he covers climate change, nuclear proliferation, war, inequality and class, racism, and more. As a monthly sustainer I totally support TheAnalysis.News to grow and bring best-in-class information that could just actually save all life on Earth. I know my money is so well spent.

Here is where you’ll find sane, non-dogmatic, vibrant leftwing analysis of what is going on in this madhouse of a country (US) and world, and what to do about it. Spread to everyone you know!

Robert Pollin is not a very good economist, and this episode is not informative concerning the US and MMT. I suggest you have a real economist on your show, my favorite being Michael Hudson.
