Sometimes coming out to those closest to us is the scariest! In this week's episode, I share with you how I came out to my parents! There is so much pressure around coming out that really shouldn't be put on anyone! If you're trying to figure out the best time and when to do it, listen to your instincts, your body knows who is a safe space and who isn't.
