First, I want to thank you for creating a podcast to help mothers find balance in their lives. I was once a stay-at-home mom that recently transistioned into the business world. The Working Mother's Mentor helped motivate me to make this change.

There’s not too many working moms podcasts that I’ve found to be really helpful but this one is actually beneficial...the interviewer is authentic/ real and the guests she brings on are relevant enough for me to keep listening.

We both lamented that while to conference was great, we needed to get back to the duties of mothering. Next day, she’s on stage being announced as the “Working Mother’s Mentor.” I had a fab girl moment, since I had been listening to her podcast before we met. She is an awesome human being and her podcast is deeply rooted, inspirational, and filled with nuggets of wisdom. I highly recommend adding this one to your library.

I loved these podcasts because they were real women being authentic. I've done this work/motherhood balance long enough to know that it's HARD. I appreciate that the advice was balanced. Every day will not be perfect. Sometimes you will feel like you're failing. But so much of that feeling is my mental soundtrack. It was immensely helpful to hear from other women struggling with the same balance. They offered advice that I could incorporate into my life (and mental soundtrack ;-)

Julie is a warm and brilliant interviewer who has managed to create the perfect cocktail (because let's face it, working moms need a drink). This podcast combines a strong dose of inspiration with an equal measure of reality. It is refreshing, funny, and a most welcome addition to my podcast rotation.
