Entertaining and really funny
John and Matt’s commentary on the insanity of the modern day working experience is dead on...and the interviews are insightful and entertaining - highly recommend it

I listen to a lot of podcasts...
... and "The Working Experience" is one of my very favorite ones. Matt (or "Matty K" as he has been known to refer to himself) and John have an excellent rapport with one another, and each brings a wealth of anecdotes and insights from his own personal "working experiences" in various industries. I've been listening to the show from its early episodes, and I have been impressed with how it continues to improve, most notably lately by featuring an increasingly diverse assortment of guests.

Great concept, terrible execution, lack of content
There are so many great podcasts about work, work/life balance, business etc. that this one just sounds like two guys who slap together a podcast and what they lack in content they make up for with the F word.
