Today we’re closing up Season Two of the podcast and I’m so thrilled you’ve spent the last two seasons with me. If you’re new to the podcast, there’s a lot to catch up on.  Perhaps one of the benefits of the last crazy two years living in a pandemic is the opportunity for more remote jobs. 

What’s interesting is that before the pandemic, there were many employees who wanted to work remotely, but a lot of employers weren’t on board. I think part of that is that they couldn’t see the benefits because it was new territory. 

Prior to the pandemic, only 6% of employees were 100% remote.

As of today, according to a report from Businesswire, the anticipated growth rate of full-time, remote work over the next five years has doubled from 30% to 65%.
