Hi everybody and welcome back to the Wilton report! Today, not surprisingly, we're going to talk about Princeton Real Estate. Today, we're going to talk about the rental market. The national news on the rental market is somewhat frenetic. It's wonderful if you're a landlord, it's rather dire if you're a tenant. We're going to focus in on what's happening locally. It's not that much different here than it is anywhere else in the country. Low supply, high demand prices are definitely escalating. We're going to get into some level of detail and whether there might be some level of relief on the horizon for tenants.
