In this episode we are talking about negative self talk and body image and how to shut down our inner mean girls. While social media deserves some of the blame for body image distortions and unhappiness, we dive into how negative self talk and beliefs are formed very early in childhood and why we need to question those beliefs in order to find body acceptance and self love. We each share some of the ways we did this, what Jenn does with her girls, and what we use with our clients to help them find sustainable self love and happiness.
