Welcome back everybody! I’m really excited to talk about Modest Mouse again this week, this time discussing the single, “A Life of Arctic Sounds”! It’s fitting too that I discuss them on the mini-episode this week because the main show’s last episode was on the Pixies and they’re seemingly a pretty big influence on Modest Mouse, in particular early Modest Mouse. Also, next month will be Influencer Month, where I’ll be discussing artists and bands that have influenced generations of people after them. I figured a Modest Mouse episode following a Pixies episode would fit as a sort of segue into Influencer Month. Enjoy!
