You must decide if you are going to, as Brené Brown says, “Shrink down, puff up or stand your own sacred ground.” But what happens when you don’t? What happens when a person allows themselves to be invalidated on a regular basis? What happens when you choose to shrink down to fit the people around you? Let’s talk about this today.
