Van wanted to discuss the great Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King on this weeks show. I gotta say that the conversation was heavy for me. When we were reflecting on the life of Dr. King it made me realize how much change is still needed in our country. From our perspective, we hope that we are able to honor the life and work of Dr. King.

Well, it's the beginning of a new year and with that we are covering...hope toady! At the time of recording it was also Dad's(Matt, that's me) birthday. The not so big 47. Van and I discuss our hopes for the new year, some of our goals and have quite a few laughs!
