She is a prior Team USA skeleton competitor, an orthopedic sports medicine nurse practitioner, recipient of the Tillman Scholarship award, CrossFit coach, mom, wife, and general badass. She has extensive experience as an athlete and service member, and regularly mentors our VP athletes. We talk about competing, service, parenthood and more in this episode.
