As a woman who is more than 45 years old, I've noticed that a lot of things that are important to me at this point in my life are different than when I was younger and raising a family. My mother now needs special care and I'm thinking more about the things I still want to do with this "one wild precious life". I love that this podcast is focused on women like me!
