“Law is a powerful tool - but only if it is understood well” Knowledge of law is power and helps in self realisation. The term ‘law’ evokes a variety of reactions and responses. The development sector, at least in India, is on the one hand extremely vigorous in court action, but on the other, minimally informed about the legal system. When citizens & youth of our country, know what the law has offer to them, they can recognise and challenge injustices more forcefully. If people are aware of their rights & duties the delivery of justice becomes much easier. ~Ignorance of law is no excuse.
