The Unlearned Podcast is a series of conversations to help leaders unlearn unhealthy leadership habits and behaviors.
Unlearned // YES DAY
Have you ever heard of the word"micromanager? Did you ever work for someone who was a micromanager? Did you leave because of that? Scarier question: Are you a micromanager? Would you be willing to UNlearn this unhealthy leadership habit and practice?  On this episode I talk about my own Unhealthy years as a micromanager with one of my best friends Johnny Byrd. Johnny and I planted a church together and thankfully he survived my years of Unhealthy leadership. We not only unpack the key to unlearning micromanaging but how we had fun doing something neither one of us had ever done before as leaders.

Unlearned Introduction
There are a few reasons why I wanted to create this podcast as a resource but helping leaders unlearn unhealthy leadership habits and behaviors is the main one. I think if we could go back in time to change a bad decision or take back an embarrassing leadership moment we would. So the bad news is there isn’t a time machine to do that but there is this podcast so I can share my personal leadership unlearning so you don’t have to have the same experience or at least you can adjust as you go.
