Many people, however, find it easier to simply blame their parents for their problems. It may seem that finding a root cause for your pain can be helpful – surely it is better to blame your parents than blaming yourself.
I understand they hurt you in ways best known to you but will you hold them responsible for your success or failure? Let's talk about this. Reach us on [email protected]

Hello and welcome to the UNFEIGNED EXPERIENCE podcast, I am your host Oluwadamilola Adejoro and I will be sharing every lesson I learned in life and methods I applied in overcoming every challenge I ever went through. If there is anything people compliment me for, at the fore is my strength and resilience. I was inspired to start this show knowing that at different stages in my life, sharing my experiences with a friend or someone going through a mirror experience heals and liberates them.
Believe me, I have never thought my experiences are unimportant I have always known somewhere inside me that I will one day tell my story and now I have created a platform to do just that and invariably help you get through life's challenges.
The unfeigned experience podcast will open so many conversations people shy away from like, addiction, childhood abuse, and its inescapable trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and the like. I'll share everything, I mean literally everything I've gone through so you know that you're not alone. This is a safe space, with no judgments or shame. Lol, this is a place for vulnerability and transparency just as the name of the podcast indicates, prepare your minds guys, you will know what you need to know about me.
I have healed and found closure in these experiences but I want to inspire and support you by sharing them. Flashback to the last time you felt alone with a struggle in your life. Wouldn’t it have been amazing, if you knew that there are other people out there, who have overcome this before? Or even better they share how they overcame it? I didn’t have someone I could look up to, but I now have the chance to be this person for someone else by sharing my story and the lessons I got from them. Sometimes it is enough to know that we are not alone with our struggles, isn’t it?
Think of me as an extra pair of eyes that'll always give you insight at the most consequential times.
As my mantra goes, "prepare to learn, unlearn and relearn".
This is my story guys and I'm sharing it openly, owning it, and showing the world where it brought me, to empower others to speak up too. I am a child of God and so I believe that "God comforts us so we can comfort others." 2Corinthians 1:3-4.
