This week myself and guest Richard Harvey continue our discussion with the Knights of the Templars raid on Ascalon. The wall has collapsed but not according to plan. The Knights now have the advantage, or so it would seem. Like leading much of anything things don't always go as planned. That can be good or that can be bad. Additionally, when things don't go as planned it may be good to bring your full power to bear on an issue.

Interestingly enough there is a plot twist in this event. What was it? You'll have to listen in and find out. But rest assure there's even a reason in that. Listen in and found out the leadership lessons from this historic battle.
