Great listen. Every time.
I always come away with a new sense of compassion towards some group or individual and/or a new and hopeful way of understanding and living in the world.

Encouraging, provoking, challenging, and fun!
I’ve been enjoying this podcast for about a year. Each episode stands alone, but the different thematic series really allow for so much depth and nuance. I appreciate the range of voices, perspectives, and topics.

So fresh and insightful
Really enjoyed and found helpful the Gender series - and I’m an old church lady. Next time I go on a road trip I plan to listen to the whole group of episodes. Thanks all.

Cultivating the life of the mind in 2021 and beyond
The hosts of the Two Cities podcast facilitate necessary conversations on scholarship and issues relevant to the day. Great for Christians and pastors who have a more academic bent.

Great podcast
I’ve really enjoyed listening to The Two Cities podcast. I appreciate their willingness to explore the cultural ideals that shape the way we view Jesus and ministry. They don’t shy away from discussing all angles of previously contentious topics within the church and their conversations are very Grace filled and nuanced.

Big fan of The Two Cities going back to the very beginning of the blog in 2011. Happy to see them extend to podcasts now!

Theological Imagination
Really enjoyed the interview with the Baroness/Curate. Learned a lot about politics and faith that provide a greater theological imagination in serving communities and the vulnerable.

Entertaining & Intellectual
The Two Cities does a great job at diversifying it’s content between biblical studies and pop culture. I appreciate the deep dive they take on different stories and issues. Great listen!
